Trahan Architects was founded in 1992 by Trey Trahan. The firm is intimate in size but broad in its scope. Bringing together a diverse talent pool around a single shared table, our company is built on open, ongoing conversation. We engage in a collective questioning of how our process and work can contribute to the health of our ecologies, cities and economies. Michael Pryor

Michael is an architectural and computational designer involved in various major built or in construction works in the US, China, Dubai, and Lebanon. Currently, he is a Designer at Trahan Architects and the Design Director at DesignMorphine.

He was granted The New York Society of Architects Matthew W. Del Gaudio award for excellence in total design upon graduation. Michael is also the founder of the grasshopper blog [FORMul[a]RCH] and is an avid forum aide. Over the years he has been a tutor to multiple design and parametric design workshops organized by Rese.Arch, 3D-Dreaming, the AA visiting school Paris with [Ay] Studio, MIT, Open Styles Lab, Harvard GSD, and DesignMorphine. In 2015 he joined DesignMorphine as its Design Director, an organization which creates design workshops worldwide to make advanced design training more accessible outside of academic establishments.
