Jarri Hasnain approaches architecture with a focus on atmosphere, materiality, and tectonics.
His professional experience includes site specific installations, cabins, residences, and hospitality projects. His academic work analyzed the ancient stone architecture of the city of Taxila; a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This work was recognized for excellence in design for an undergraduate thesis.
As a recipient of the Olson Kundig Travel Fellowship in 2017, Jarri participated in Earthwork Workshop conducted in Austria and Switzerland learning earth building techniques such as rammed earth, clay plastering, and tadelakt.
Outside of the studio, Jarri is interested in art, photography, film, and travel.
