Bringing together a diverse pool of talent around a single shared table, our company is built on open, ongoing conversation. Founded in 1992 by Trey Trahan, the firm is intimate in size but broad in its scope. We engage in a collective questioning of how our process and work can contribute to the health of our ecologies, cities and economies. Each member of the Trahan team is an integral part of a collaborative process that enriches our company culture and improves the quality of our work.
Jennifer Schecter is a storyteller with an eye for commas and appreciation for good design. She joined Trahan Architects with 15 years of experience in business development, marketing, and communications for organizations specializing in leadership training, healthcare, and maritime. The next logical role was, clearly, in architecture. At Trahan, she collaborates with the team to tell the story of their work as it relates to the firm’s business development and marketing efforts. Please contact her for conversations, collaborations, and business opportunities. She is a member of ULI Louisiana and serves on the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) Program Committee.
Jennifer is also the tourism columnist for Biz New Orleans magazine, where she has been honored with four Press Club of New Orleans awards.
