Caesars Superdome Video Boards

A recent $25 million renovation of the Caesars Superdome focused on upgrading the venue’s fan amenities.  Improvements included enhanced suites, as well as upgraded audio and HVAC systems and the addition of two end zone LED display boards. Measuring 350-feet wide by 37-feet tall, these 16mm LED boards are among the largest video displays in America.

A custom, secondary support structure to the primary steel system was added to the Superdome’s flat, interior wall surfaces. The fabrication and installation teams positioned and welded the support structure’s beams off of the wall at different lengths in order to give the massive displays a smooth, curved appearance.

Replacing the video boards installed when the Dome was rebuilt following Hurricane Katrina, each new screen is eight times larger, presents high-definition video, and offers greater flexibility in the types of content that can be exhibited.
