Kendall is a Registered Architect in New York State with an extensive background in cultural, civic, and education projects. She is an accomplished project leader with fluency in technical coordination and a proven ability to deliver complex work across a wide range of programs and scales.
Complementing her project delivery experience, Kendall plays a central role in defining and implementing practice-wide operational systems. Her role spans strategic positioning, relationship cultivation, team management, and workflow oversight – aligning design ambition with the commercial frameworks of professional practice to support a fully integrated studio.
A native of Arizona, Kendall pursued her architectural education in the Northeast, earning degrees from Princeton University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her career includes impactful tenures at the New York offices of Grimshaw, Thomas Phifer and Partners, and WXY. She brings the synthesis of her academic training, professional experience, and practice leadership to Trahan Architects, helping to embed the firm’s commitment to openness, discovery, and rootedness deep within its systems and culture.
